SDL Picnic and LSDS’s Simon on the Plinth
August 12, 2009 9:59 am EventsWe’re picnicking again, courtesy of our favourite organiser Adrian McD. Come along with picnic basket/blanket and some dancing shoes (suitable for grass), and Adrian will provide you with music, dance, games and of course, the inimitable John Barnes to entertain you. Plus there’s a balboa lesson from Judy Cook.
For more details, see here.
Also a word out for Simon Selmon at the London Swing Dance Society, who will be on the plinth in Trafalgar Square tonight as part of Antony Gormley’s One and Other project. If you loved Scott from Swing Patrol‘s efforts last time, come join in with Simon tonight at 1am (i.e. early Thursday morning). Who knows, you might even see a meteor shower!
